Only 4 stickers left. 2012 was great for SPAZ.

Yep. We BLASTED through 200 stickers pretty fast!

And patches, we are nearly out of those too.

I hold a few aside for lost order replacement but that’s it. I only keep a few each for myself and the rest go to you guys.

I think since the enthusiasm has died down, we probably won’t be doing any more for this years patch or stickers. Unless someone comes to me with a large enough order anyway.

I want to thank every one of you who ordered either stickers or patches for helping to make this happen this year. I seriously appreciate you being there, participating. I don’t make money on this, I do it purely to get SPAZ love out there into the scooter world.

I always try to toss in some extra stuff with each order, I hand write everything, and always put a note or a thanks on each packing slip. This stuff is packed with love yall. :D

I already have some stuff brewing for next year’s patch and it’s only June of this year. I am not sure if I will do a guest artist or do something a bit more radical and funky. Who knows.

Special thanks to our guest artist this year, Jared Hensley, for his kick-buttocks design, to Josh at The Arche Agency for helping get Jared on board affordably, and to each and every one of you for buying patches and stickers in advance and patiently waiting for me to order and ship them to you.

I need your feedback for the 2012 Stickers!

So, here’s the deal. I am trying to work out what to charge for these based on my costs which include the stickers themselves, the PayPal fees and shipping. 

Based on rough estimates, here is what I’d have to charge currently to break even. (And by break even, I mean pay for the stickers, PayPal and postage, which doesn’t cover my time, envelopes or the art cost.) 

1 Sticker, $1.50 (@ $1.50 each) 
4 Stickers, $3.50 (@ $.88 each) 

Of course, I could do quantities of more then 4, and I’d hope most of you would want at least 4. 

Would you rather buy them in chunks of say 4 or more or be able to buy just one at a time? If I don’t allow 1 at a time until I’ve got enough pre-orders, it means a lot more money coming in to help me cover my upfronts to get the stickers run. 

I personally buy stickers in chunks so I have lots to stick onto everything. They end up on my scooter, my laptop, my car, handed to friends, etc. 

As I’ve said many times, I only charge what covers my costs and no more. If there is any extra, it just goes back into covering costs for more of the stickers etc. I wish I made a little on these so I could fund the next run for the next year but I don’t like charging a lot, I want it to be so affordable you feel like you are truly getting my love from afar and a great price. 

Let me break these costs down for you so you see where the money goes: 
1 Sticker would cost: 
$.60 for the sticker, $.32 for PayPal fees and $.45 for postage (US/CA) 

4 Stickers would cost: 
$2.40 for the stickers, $.37 for the PayPal fees and $.45 for postage (US/CA) 

Anymore then 4 and the weight of the envelope brings postage up to $.62, and so on. 

So. There’s the breakdown. What are your thoughts? 

I will start a pre-order on these as soon as I figure out what you guys want to do.
